Wolcott Street School Families,

I want to thank you in advance for making sure your child is wearing his or her winter coat, hat, gloves, boots, etc. Also, on the worst winter days or when snow storms force schools to have early dismissals or delays; the school bus is the safest mode of transportation. Thank you for keeping this in mind as we deal with Mother Nature. She is certainly unpredictable this year!

Regarding Kindergarten Registration:

Please bring photocopies of the following (we can copy if needed):

Birth Certificate—Your child must be 5 years of age on or before 12/1/10
Child’s Social Security Card
Physician signed or clinic dated records of all immunizations
Records of any medical information such as chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, severe allergies, serious injuries, and operations.
Photo of Your Child---for our screening file—to be copied and returned
