Board meetings will be held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room, 2-6 Trigon Park. Enter through North West door on Wolcott Street.
Election of Members:
Nominees for the Board of Education positions must submit a petition containing the signatures of twenty-five names of qualified voters of the district 30 days prior to the annual election. Candidates are presented to qualified voters of the district who then elect the members by voting machine. Larry Bonacquisti 2009-2012

Adopted BOE Procedures
- In accord with the practice agreed upon in the negotiated Teacher Contract and with the Board's own policy, a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Education be required for inclusion of an item on the agenda by an individual or group unless an emergency exists or the procedure is waived by a three-fourths majority of the Board of Education.
- Visitors present would not be involved in discussions or in questions and answers in Board deliberations except by invitation of the Board of Education as a group or unless they had indicated their wishes in accord with #1. The Le Roy Central School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, age or handicaps, in the educational programs or activities which it operates, and it is required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and Title VI, Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 not to discriminate in such a manner. This policy of nondiscrimination includes the following areas: recruitment and appointment of employees; employment pay and benefits; counseling services for students; discrimination based on handicaps; access by students to educational programs, course offerings, student activities and vocational programs. In the event physical limitations in the building prevent access to courses, arrangements will be made to temporarily reschedule classes or modify the existing structure.
- The district official responsible for the coordination of activities relating to compliance with Title IX, Title VI, and Section 504 is the Superintendent of Schools; Le Roy Central School, Trigon Park, Le Roy, New York 14482 ยท Phone 768-8133. This official will provide information including complaint procedures to any student or employee who feels that her or his rights under any of the above may have been violated by the district or its officials.
- By resolution of the Board of Education, effective September 1, 1977, activities must end and all students must be out of the buildings by 10 p.m. when school is in session the following day.
