In 2006, Le Roy Central Schools were named by the American Music Conference as one of the “2006 Best 100 Communities for Music Education”. With tremendous student involvement rates, the band and vocal music students set a record for participation in Le Roy Junior/Senior High School has a strong offering of athletic programs, including modified, junior varsity and varsity teams competing in football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, wrestling, winter/spring/cross country track, golf, tennis and cheerleading. The Board of Education recognizes the advantage of providing instruction to all students in our home school. The District makes every effort to serve the special population in the least restrictive environment. Le Roy has a tradition of parent involvement including support and assistance from the parent-teacher service organization, the music and sports booster clubs.
